2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. BUSINESS ACTIVITY
Miyabi Fishing Ltd sells handmade fishing rigs and related fishing products intended for recreational use.

4. PRODUCTS
All products are handmade. Minor variations in appearance, materials, or finish may occur. These do not affect performance and do not constitute defects.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free and reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

6. PRICING
All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Prices may be shown in other currencies depending on customer location. Prices may be updated at any time without notice.

7. PAYMENT
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store payment card details.

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud

  • incorrect pricing

  • stock availability issues

  • abuse of refund policies
    If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

9. SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier services

  • customs clearance

  • force majeure events
    Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

10. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
EU customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods.

12. RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers must contact us before returning any item.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage not caused by us.

13. REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued using the original payment method only.

14. FAULTY GOODS
If goods are defective or incorrect, the customer is entitled to:

  • replacement, or

  • full refund including reasonable return shipping costs

15. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miyabi Fishing Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit.
Products must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable fishing laws and safety regulations.

16. SAFETY AND USE
Products are intended solely for recreational fishing. Improper use is at the customer’s own risk.

17. FRAUD PROTECTION
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block accounts in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy misuse.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, and product materials are the property of Miyabi Fishing Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

19. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
Use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
