Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Customers must contact us before returning any item

Refunds:

• Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

• Issued using the original payment method

Return shipping:

• Paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty items:

• Eligible for replacement or full refund including return shipping costs

Customers may inspect the goods, but must not use them. Any reduction in value resulting from use may be deducted from the refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
